2) Email it back to: volunteer.submissions@wildwildwestcon.com
3) Purchase your volunteer membership on this page.
4) Show up volunteer and have a fantastic time.
5) When finished get a voucher from your director.

Volunteer Contract

As a volunteer for WWWC you will represent WWWC / OTS and must do so in a professional and courteous manner. All volunteers will be held to the rules of conduct within this contract. Failure to follow the rules of conduct or to complete your given assignment will result in the removal of your volunteer status.

Updated 2/3/2011: As a volunteer you must purchase a volunteer membership for $25. You must report to your assigned post at the assigned time or your volunteer status will be revoked and you will be required to pay the balance of $15 for a full copper membership.  When you have completed your 6 hours of volunteer service you will be given a ticket to the ESOS Concert featuring Abney Park (Value $22.50) and 1 raffle ticket. For each additional 3 hours of service you can earn an additional raffle ticket. If you complete an additional 6 hours of service you will receive an upgrade ticket in the raffle with a chance to win a better prize. We will have enough items so that no volunteer walks away without a prize.

Updated 2/1/2011: If you have already purchased a copper membership prior to this update you will be refunded $15 dollars at the convention.

Rules Of Conduct:
Represent OTC & WWWC in a professional and courteous manner.
No abusive or foul language.
No fighting.
No loitering.
No consumption of alcohol while working.
No illegal drugs.
No lewd or lascivious behavior.
No animals.
No re-entry into the Old Tucson Studios after 5:00 PM.
Re-entry into the studios is only allowed with the approved wristband.
No touching of actors or sets.
No permanent modification of any OTS structure.
No permanent modification of any HTCC structure.
No masks which impair vision.
Weapons shall be inspected by authorized personnel for safety and peace tied.

Volunteers will receive 20% off their meals at Old Tucson Studios.

Acceptance of a WWWC membership badge and admission to the convention constitutes an agreement to allow WWWC and OTS to use your image or likeness for promotion within any media format

Failure to follow the guidelines of this contract will result in your removal from the convention and forfeiture of your convention membership pass. No refund for surrendered membership pass.
