3) Wait for your approval email with payment link.
4) Pay for your vending space using the provided link.
5) Show up vend and have a fantastic time.

Vendor Contract
Interior vendor spaces are for Friday March 4th, 2011 thru March 6th, 2011 and will be located at OTS at Stage II. Stage II is a secure facility and will be locked during OTS non-business hours.
Exterior vendor areas are for Friday March 4th, 2011 thru March 6th, 2011and will be located at OTS at the Bitter Creek Stage. Exterior vendor areas are not secured during non business hours. A space to store merchandise overnight will be provided inside Stage II (Secure Facility).
Exterior tent vending spaces are for Friday March 4th, 2011 thru March 6th, 2011and will be located in the Bitter Creek Stage area. Exterior tent vending areas are not secured during non-business hours. Tent vendors must provide their own canopy or tent. A space to store merchandise overnight will be provided inside Stage II (Secure Facility).
Tents may be left in place overnight.

Vendors Must Provide: Extra Tables, Hanging Racks, Power Cords, Change For Cash Exchanges.
WWWC will provide: Two Copper Convention Member Passes Per Vendor Space
(Upgrade To Brass V.I.P. Pass Option Available), Two
Chairs & One 6’ Table
Rules Of Conduct:
Represent OTC & WWWC in a professional and courteous manner.
No abusive or foul language.
No fighting.
No loitering.
No consumption of illegal drugs.
No lewd or lascivious behavior.
No animals.
No re-entry into Old Tucson Studios after 5:00 PM.
Re-entry into Old Tucson Studios is only allowed with an approved wristband.
No touching of actors or sets.
No permanent modification of any OTS structure.
No permanent modification of any HTCC structure.
No masks which impair vision.
Weapons shall be inspected by authorized personnel for safety and peace
tied.
Legal:
No selling of merchandise that contains WWWC’s or OTS’s logo or brand names.
Vendors are responsible for all City of Tucson, State of Arizona and Federal
taxes.
Vendors are responsible for insuring their merchandise and equipment.
WWWC & OTS are not responsible for vendor/customer disputes regarding
merchandise.
Vendors are to conduct transactions in timely and professional manner.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning and maintaining a safe work
environment.
No flammable liquids are allowed. No closed or open flames are allowed.
No blocking or loitering in traffic corridors or points of egress.
No moving of furniture that is situated for a purpose.
No blockage or removal of any fire protection equipment.
Vendors are responsible for obeying WWWC & OTS rules of conduct.
No refund of vendor space fees will be offered 90 days prior to the
convention.
If the convention is canceled WWWC will issue refunds within 90 days
Acceptance of a WWWC membership badge and admission to the convention constitutes an agreement to allow WWWC and OTS to use your image or likeness for promotion within any media format.
Failure to follow the guidelines of this contract will result in your removal from the convention and forfeiture of your convention member passes. No refund for vendor space or member passes.
