Vendor's Schedule
Load In Times, Load Out Times & Vendor Hall Hours
(Old Tucson Studios)
** All vendors must enter and exit the park through the Rodeo Gate **
Required & Suggested Items
Interior Vendor Required Items: 25' to 50' Extension Cord For Power Hook-Up.
Interior Vendor Suggested Items: Table Cloth For 6' Table, Non-Residue Tape, Extra Tables, Spring Clips & Banner Stands.
Exterior Vendor Required Items: Tent Or Canopy, Stakes & Rope.
Exterior Vendor Suggested Items: Tape, Sun Screen, Sun Glasses & Lip-Balm.
Thursday Day March 3rd, 2011 - Load In
12:00PM - 5:30PM - Load In - Vehicles will be allowed to enter the park through the rodeo gate that leads to Stage II to unload. No vehicles will be permitted after 5:00PM. All vendors must exit the park at 6:00PM when the park closes.
Friday Morning March 4th, 2011
8:00AM - 10:00AM - Load In - Vehicles will be allowed to enter the park through the Rodeo Gate that leads to Stage II to unload. No vehicles will be permitted after 9:30AM.
Saturday Morning March 5th, 2011
8:00AM - 10:00AM - Load In - Vehicles will be allowed to enter the park through the Rodeo Gate that leads to Stage II to unload. No vehicles will be permitted after 10:00AM.
Sunday Day March 6th, 2011
3:00PM - 5:30PM - Load Out - Vehicles will be allowed to enter the park through the Rodeo Gate that leads to Stage II to load. No vehicles will be permitted after 5:30PM. All vendors must exit the park at 6:00PM when the park closes.
Vendor Hall Hours
Friday - Saturday - 10:00AM - 5:30PM - Exterior vendors need to start packing into Stage II at 5:30PM so it is suggested exterior vendors begin packing-up at 5:00PM. If you are leaving your merchadise outside please make sure all your merchandise is secured in containers to ensure it's safety.
Sunday 10:00AM - 6:00PM - All vendors must exit the park at 6:00PM when the park closes.
